Job overview:
Clanforce took on this new build on a green field site we constructed a 2500 sqft house making it as energy efficient as possible. The house was insulated externally using two layers of 70mm phenolic insulation with an acrylic render finish. Limestone cladding was fitted to the front of the house. Triple glazing was installed throughout and 350-400mm in roof insulation bringing the house above current building regulations.
We installed solar heating to the property and linked it in with the underfloor heating both upstairs and downstairs along with the domestic hot water. We designed and installed the kitchen with a walk in larder finished in white with a black quartz worktop and A-rated appliances. Clanforce undertook all the second fix carpentry, including walk-in/built in wardrobes, semisolid oak flooring upstairs, doors, architrave skirting.
We designed and fitted all the floor to ceiling sliding doors and folding doors on the ground floor in the property including the glazing. We finished off the property with painting all rooms to the clients specification leaving the house in a turnkey finish.
