Projects - New Build Malahide

Job overview: 

We built this 450m2 house on a green field site in Malahide. This A2 rated house was completed in 11 months. 

The exterior facade was finished in Reconstituted Sandstone and oak Thorpe red brick and render.

Inside the house was plumbed with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor with porcelain tile finish.

A curved staircase was constructed to go from ground floor to second floor with timber panelling and a stained ash handrail and powdered metal spindles.

We installed a lighting control system throughout the house along with motorised blinds and a music system all controlled by an app.

Nest heating control and carbon monoxide/smoke alarms were fitted through out allowing full control of heating and hot water at the touch of a button.

The heating for the house is provided by an air source heat pump leaving this property very efficient to heat.
