Job overview:
We constructed this 225m2 house on a greenfield site in Howth with a Narrow access backing onto the old Tram line.
The house although single storey on the outside; spans two floors on the inside with a julliete Balcony to the rear living room upstairs and a shared balcony to the two bedrooms on the first floor overlooking the front garden.
This A2 rated house is heated by an external Air to Water heat pump, supplying heating to the Underfloor heating on both ground and first floor levels.
A wood burning stove was also installed in the main open plan kitchen/living on the ground floor.
Scotts flooring was installed throughout the house along with a very impressive cantilevered stairs from Signature Stairs leading up to a glazed mezzanine over looking the main living area.
Drop down ceilings were installed in number of rooms along with concealed LED lighting and motorised blinds; CCTV and access to the house via fingerprint recognition front door, all of which can be accessed remotely by Smartphone.
