Job overview:
We under took a full renovation of this period property stripping it back to its shell and converted it into 11 studio apartments. There was extensive structural work carried out on the property replacing three floors to the rear of the building, replacing the roof and repointing the brick work. We insulated all the external walls with a cork lime render. Every studio was fitted out with kitchens and bathrooms with the installation of mezzanines on Five of the studios finished with glass balustrades to the stairs and landings within the apartments. Original Cornice in the period property was reinstated and replaced keeping the character of the building.
Extensive fire stopping was completed along with a full mechanical and electrical fit out. We upgraded the windows to Alu-clad windows throughout the building.
